Business Development Manager - OTE £25,000 - £30,000

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual to join our growing team. DevaWeb Services specialise in web design, development, graphic design and online marketing. We are growing at present and would like an individual who can help us to grow and expand our market share.

The job:
- Working with the MD on new marketing campaigns/strategies.
- Generate own sales leads and follow them up and convert.
- Meet with and liaise with your clients.

The candidate will liaise directly with the managing director and will be able to help shape this growing company. Because of the nature of our industry we are always changing, as is our product, for this reason the successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to think ahead and adapt their strategies so that they best meet the needs of our potential clients.

Successful candidates must:
- Be enthusiastic.
- Be able to work under their own initiative.
- Be willing to travel (UK only).
- Have a good sense of humour and be personable.
- Have past sales/marketing experience.
- Be computer literate.
- Have own transport.
- Be flexible and able to keep up to date with our latest products and the capabilities of the latest technology.
- Good sales technique.

It would be beneficial if candidates:
- Had an interest in our field of work.
- Had a degree in business/marketing or a related field.
- Had past experience in the IT/design industry.
