Chris Howard - Designer
Chris is what we'd call a typical creative type...... His idea is always the best and the client is daft if they don't agree! Thankfully he also knows that sometimes he has to give in and throw some more ideas at us which he seems to love doing. Never short of ideas and a bit of a guru when it comes to web accessibility, Chris really is an asset! |

Lisa Fisher - Designer
Finally a pretty face at dws. Lisa, like Chris, has a natural flair for creativity. After completing a graphic design degree Lisa felt she was ready to move in to the virtual world of the web. Since joining the team Lisa has worked on some of our most recent projects and her design work shows a real understanding of what dws is all about, simple, elegant and effective design. |

Robbie Reckless - Developer
Rob has worked on many high street name websites on both the development and design side. However his real talents lie in development where his knowledge of .NET and ASP is simply amazing and only just short of geeky!!! A good worker and if you haven't noticed already he's literally part of the family, being Callum's older brother.

Tom Heaton – Developer
Tom was working with dws prior to its incorporation and now, as one of its veterans, is currently completing his degree in Internet Technologies, which aims to certificate his knowledge of and skills within the web design industry. This makes Tom a truly valued member of the team, despite his loyalties to Man United! |
